Sales & Lettings Negotiator (Part Time)

Findahome Online is a friendly and established independent estate agency specialising in property sales, lettings and property management. Due to a team member having moved on, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our busy and supportive team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in both the sales and lettings side of the business, meeting clients, showing people around properties and helping buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants move home.
The role is part time with extra hours available to cover holiday periods.
Salary
- National Minimum Wage plus commission
- Commission available on both property sales and lettings
Working Hours
- Monday and Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 12:00pm (essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Meeting and greeting clients in the office
- Answering telephone enquiries and responding to emails
- Booking and generating sales and rental valuations
- Booking viewings and providing feedback to vendors and landlords
- Negotiating and agreeing property sales and tenancy agreements
- Setting up new tenancies and completing associated administration
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisers to progress sales
- Liaising with landlords and tenants regarding property matters
- Organising maintenance and repairs with contractors
- Referring clients to our associated mortgage adviser and trusted local solicitors
- General estate agency administration
- Acting as a key holder when required to open or close the office
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own car required (mileage paid for business use)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Friendly and professional approach
- Ability to work well within a small team
Estate agency experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
