PROJECT MANAGER
Retail-FCL
We specialise in retail banking and particularly optimisation of ATM networks and their associated systems.
Our mission is to apply our extensive knowledge combined with latest technology such as Robotic
Process Automation, AI and Machine Learning to deliver benefit to our customers.
We manage transactions at automated devices, be that cash dispensers, deposit solutions or recycling ATMs, we see these devices morphing into kiosks as other transactions replace cash.
Without any affiliations to other organisations we are able to bring a clear, independent and original thinking analysis to projects.
We have been established since 2012 and are PCI compliant and also a Carbon Neutral business. .
Working Hours Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
This is an Office based role.
Strategic Intent Manage all projects on behalf of the business and deliver projects in line with customer expectations
- Work across the business to ensure project delivery
- Providing excellence with Project management structure documentation, tools and management
- To maintain high levels of professionalism in the office always
- Ensure all activities completed are in the business interest of Retail-FCL.
Key Manage projects across the business to include:
Accountabilities Planning and implementation of projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Draft/update project plans, RAIDS etc
- Manage project resource allocation
- Manage 3rd parties and their deadlines
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide support to project manager
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (usually in MS Project, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
Experience
- Implementing and managing project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Experience of working in an FCA regulated environment, banking or other finance related sector.
- Led delivery of digital products in a B2C, or B2B2C environment
- Delivered operational change to back office systems and processes
