Senior Staff Nurse
Salary: £22.13 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Join our team as a Senior Staff Nurse, where you'll use your clinical expertise, leadership, and decision-making skills to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. In this pivotal role, you will be empowered to provide clinical leadership and oversight across the home whilst maintaining our values driven approach.
You will lead by example, make informed clinical decisions, and drive the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care through an evidence-based, personalised approach. Working closely with residents, families, and colleagues, you will support and inspire your team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our residents whilst delivering clinical excellence.
What we are looking for
You will be a registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RLDN) with active NMC registration and proven experience within a care home setting. Beyond your qualifications, you will demonstrate:
- Strong and well-developed clinical knowledge
- Professional confidence and the ability to make informed decisions
- Understanding of Scottish regulatory frameworks
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Compassionate, motivated and values driven - you’ll pride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
- What’s just as important is that you are organised, flexible in your approach and have great communication skills
