To ensure that daily schedules are adhered to and the assigned areas meet the required standards.
To contribute as part of a team and assist in meeting the departments Key Performance Indicators.
Identify area’s that have a potential associated risk to food safety and raise and action accordingly.
Reporting of defects or potential hazards to the Hygiene Controller / Coordinator.
Issue and manage deliveries of work wear from the Laundry
Assisting manufacturing in reduction of waste and the removal of bakery and returns waste
Cleaning and litter picking of the site perimeter
Replenishment and cleaning of facilities
Cleaning the canteen and surrounding area.
