Summary
Acres Estate Agents are looking for a confident, outgoing, friendly person to join our busy Four Oaks team to work alongside our full time team members, as a Viewing Assistant/Receptionist. You will undertake viewings at properties we are marketing, as well as assisting in the office with calls and booking appointments etc .
Duties include:- liaising with vendors, contact with buyers and sellers, maximising sales opportunities on behalf of our clients, answering calls, booking appointments, both viewings and valuation over the phone and in person, carrying out viewings, complete all necessary compliance training, including DBS checks and to act in a professional manner at all times.
The ability to cover additional days for holiday or illness would be of great advantage to any application. The role would not be suitable for anyone already working full time.
We are seeking to fill a permanent position on a long term basis. The successful candidate MUST BE A CAR DRIVER/OWNER and have the ability to use a computer and email, with good typing skills.
Working hours ; Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
