Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer programmes. Duties
- Manage incoming calls and emails with professional etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and basic reports
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
- Mentain accurate records and filling systems
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and contractors
- Order office supplies and manage stock levels
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Experience
- Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative procedures
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated clerical experience supporting office functions efficientlyThis position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a professional team environment.
Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
