Duties
- Perform on-site SMART repairs for minor cosmetic damages such as dents, scratches, scuffs, and paint chips on vehicles at customer locations.
- Use hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs accurately and efficiently.
- Assess damage severity and determine the most appropriate repair techniques to ensure high-quality results.
- Prepare work areas, protect surrounding surfaces, and clean vehicles after repairs are completed.
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely when handling vehicle parts or equipment during repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of each repair job, including before-and-after photos and customer reports.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle bodywork or SMART repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools required for cosmetic vehicle repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine repair tasks.
- Previous experience working in mobile or workshop-based vehicle repair environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
