Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaners to join our Always Responsive team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, treatment wards and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Effective communication skills in English to understand instructions and relay information clearly.
- Ability to drive may be required for travel between different cleaning locations.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
