About Vibe65
Vibe65 is a fast-growing third-party logistics and fulfilment (3PL) business based in Chorley, Lancashire. We help e-commerce brands store, pick, pack and ship their products, and manage their presence across the major online marketplaces. We're taking on a significant new client and are looking for someone who can hit the ground running across a broad, hands-on role.
The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced position for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and working across different parts of a business. You'll take ownership of day-to-day marketplace management, keep stock moving and accurate, and work with a range of systems to keep our operations running smoothly. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious person who wants to grow with the business and play a real part in how we adopt new technology, including AI.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management (Amazon Seller Central, eBay & Shopify)
- Create, list and optimise products across Amazon, eBay and Shopify
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer service messages and enquiries
- Submit appeals to Amazon Seller Support and manage product authenticity complaints
- Manage negative feedback, including feedback removal requests
- Create and manage FBA shipments
Stock & Inventory Management
- Raise and manage purchase orders with suppliers
- Forecast inventory requirements to maintain healthy stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstock
- Upload and process orders through our third-party logistics (3PL) systems
Systems, Process & AI
- Work confidently across a variety of systems and platforms (marketplace tools, warehouse and order management systems, spreadsheets and more)
- Embrace and help implement AI tools to streamline and improve day-to-day operations
- Look for smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Strong written communication skills for customer service and marketplace appeals
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a clear understanding of how it can be applied in a business setting
- A team player who is ambitious, proactive and happy to get stuck in across functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Desirable
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central (eBay and/or Shopify a strong plus)
- Prior e-commerce, marketplace or fulfilment experience
- Experience with inventory forecasting and stock management
- Familiarity with 3PL operations
Pay: £25,420.00 per year
