Leadcare Recruitment is currently hiring experienced Healthcare Assistants to work in private and residential care settings in across Northern Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, feeding)
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Following care plans and reporting observations
- Maintaining client dignity and safety at all times

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months Healthcare Assistant experience
- Reside in Nothern Ireland
- NISCC registered (or willing to register)
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and flexible
