As we continue to grow across Hertfordshire, we are looking for compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our community care teams.
The Role
You will be supporting clients in their own homes across Watford, Bushey, Northwood, Rickmansworth, and surrounding areas, helping people live safely, comfortably, and independently.
This is a flexible community-based role with a variety of shifts available throughout the day.
Shift Patterns Available
We offer four daily shifts to suit your availability:
- Morning: 06:30 – 11:30
- Lunch: 11:30 – 14:30
- Teas: 14:30 – 18:30
- Beds: 18:30 – 23:00
✔ Full-time & part-time positions available
✔ Flexible rotas tailored around your availability
✔ Weekend working on rotation (every other weekend or 1 day per weekend minimum)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting medication, meals, and daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with mobility and independence
- Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home
- Building trusted relationships with clients and families
What We’re Looking For
- Caring, reliable, and compassionate individuals
- Must be a driver with your own car (essential due to travel between clients)
- Flexibility to work across different shifts
- Good communication skills
- Care experience helpful but not essential (full training provided)

Location

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
