Location: Lanarkshire (Mobile but our office based in Bellshill)
Pay: £13.50 per hour (reviewed annually)
Hours: 16+ hours per week

About Us
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor/Mobile Support Cleaner to join our team.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting our commercial cleaning operations across Lanarkshire. You'll cover holidays and sickness, carry out site audits, support cleaning teams, manage Health and Safety Compliance and help ensure our clients continue to receive the high standards of service we're known for.

The Role
As a Supervisor/Mobile Support Cleaner your responsibilities will include:
Covering cleaning shifts during staff holidays and absences.
Conducting site audits and quality inspections.
Cleaning commercial and industrial premises across Lanarkshire.
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and general cleaning duties for offices, kitchens, washrooms, meeting rooms and communal areas.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times and paperwork is kept up to date.
Monitoring cleaning standards and reporting any issues.
Maintaining stock levels and checking equipment.
Using our mobile app to clock in/out and upload site photographs.
Delivering a first-class service to all clients.
Essential Requirements
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous commercial cleaning experience, is flexible and willing to travel throughout Lanarkshire.
Has good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
Is reliable, trustworthy and accountable.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Can work independently and use their initiative.
Has strong communication and organisational skills.
Has supervisory experience (preferred but not essential)
