We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in SHEQ who is keen to continue developing their knowledge and experience. Previous experience within a SHEQ, health and safety, construction, engineering or compliance environment would be advantageous; however, we are also open to candidates who can demonstrate relevant transferable experience and a strong desire to develop within the field.
The role offers excellent exposure to major UK projects, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing business.

- Monitoring and following up on SHEQ actions arising from audits, inspections and incidents.
- Environmental initiatives, waste management and sustainability activities.
- Internal quality assurance processes, documentation reviews and continuous improvement activities.
- Assisting with the preparation of SHEQ reports, statistics and performance information.
- Promoting a positive health, safety, environmental and quality culture across office and site teams.
- Providing practical SHEQ support and guidance to colleagues where required.
- Attending project sites throughout the UK as required.
- Using and maintaining digital SHEQ management and reporting systems, including OneTrace and other relevant platforms.
- Supporting the SHEQ Manager with wider SHEQ initiatives and improvement projects as required.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop within a SHEQ environment.
You should be able to demonstrate:

- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- The ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professionalism, reliability and a strong work ethic.
