Social Media Content Creator — Remote, Flexible Hours

Maximedia LLP is looking for social media content creators to join our talent roster, producing content across Instagram, TikTok, and livestream formats. This is a remote, contract-based role with flexible working hours.
The Role
- Create content for social media: Instagram Reels, photo content, and livestream sessions
- Approx. 4 hours of work per week — you choose your own schedule, as long as content is delivered by the end of each week
- Content direction and creative guidance provided by the agency based on your strengths and comfort level
- All production-related expenses covered by the agency
Compensation
- $2,000 USD/month fixed contract for the first 3 months
- After 3 months: option to move to a 30% commission structure on revenue generated from your content, with all expenses covered by the agency
- Flexible arrangement — fixed pay or commission-based from day one, depending on what suits you
What We're Looking For
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera, with a strong personality and natural communication style
- Reliable and able to meet weekly delivery deadlines
- No prior professional experience required — training and guidance provided
- Must be a fluent English speaker (this role is open to candidates in the US, UK, and Australia)
