Job Summary
We’re looking for friendly, upbeat people to join our Front of House team at Beaulieu Padel - a new indoor padel venue in Chelmsford.
You’ll be the first face people see, helping create a relaxed, welcoming vibe for everyone who walks through the door.
Duties
- Help create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects the club’s values and community spirit
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience by welcoming members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude also help customers with booking and club queries.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively, always aiming for positive resolutions
- Serve customers on the front desk in the café / bar area where we sell food, snacks, alcoholic beverages, hot and cold drinks and Padel Merchandise
- Maintain food hygiene requirements in the café and food preparation area's
- Keeping the club environment in a pristine condition for members, guests and corporates can enjoy.
Communication
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Club Manager and team members
- Report operational issues, customer feedback, and daily updates in a timely and accurate manner
- Contribute positively to team coordination and continuous improvement of club
Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Help to oversee basic venue maintenance to ensure all courts, facilities, and common areas are clean, tidy, safe, and fully operational at all times.
- Proactively identify and report any maintenance or equipment issues, ensuring a high standard of presentation across the club operations
Pay: £13.00 per hour
