About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in the Padstow store.
Job Type: Part-time / Temporary
Expected Hours: 14 – 28 per week
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Additional Pay: Bonus scheme
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism
· Confidently assist customers in selecting meaningful jewellery and gifts
· Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
· Take initiative during lone working shifts and ensure smooth store operations
· Build lasting customer relationships through genuine engagement
· Support team goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere
· A passion for retail and creating memorable customer experiences
· Previous retail experience (jewellery experience not required – full training is provided)
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· A cheerful, positive attitude with confidence in lone working
· A keen eye for fashion and a love of silver jewellery
· Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
· Flexible availability (2–4 days per week , including weekends and holiday cover)
· Basic maths skills and familiarity with POS systems
· £12.71 per hour + performance-based bonus
