Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments and would ideally suit a school leaver looking for exerpience and/or someone interested in law. This position is ideal for organised, detail-orientated individuals. Please note that this role is not expected to lead to a training contract - it is an ongoing support role.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing overflow telephone calls, as well as covering the receptionists' lunchbreaks, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
- Sorting incoming post in the morning and preparing outgoing post for collection in the afternoon.
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and in-house case management software.
- Monitoring and ordering of kitchen, toilet, and office supplies.
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
Experience
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic computer skills including data entry and document formatting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £20,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
