We are looking for a Hardworking, Loyal and experienced Multi Trader who is very experienced and able to turn their hand to multiple skills/trades.
We need someone to start Immediately (Very Urgent) who is reliable and actively looking for work. We value quality work and need applicants to take pride in what they do and to ensure that any finished work is left tidy and clean and with excellent presentation.

DESIRED:
- Carpentry Works (Door Planing/Windows/Fitting/Splicing/Panelling/Worktops)
- DIY Jobs (Hanging Curtains/Tracks, Door handles, latches)
- Fencing Experience / Groundsworks
- Plumbing Works (Taps, Waste, Toilets, Basins, Sinks)
- Caulking / Repairs / Filling / Mastic
- Tiling
- Painting/Decorating
- Electrical Experience
- Bricklaying Experience
- Window Repair Experience
- Locks (Fitting)
- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association

The work would be on a Self Employed Basis but with the offer of Regular Work (Ie: We would offer Full Time Work - 8 Hours Per Day per week - 40 Hours per week) on an day rate of £170 per day. However, you would be responsible for your own tax (Payments made would be pre tax)

IMPORTANT NOTE RE PAY:
Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (30% - Not registered, 20% Registered or 0% - Gross Payment Status)
EG (20% CIS): Weekly Pay = £170 x 5 = £850. Minus 20% (£170) = £680.00 Take Home Pay/Paid (Remaining £170/20% is paid direct to HMRC)
Any Adjustments required/overpayments etc are worked out on your annual Personal Self Assessment/Return
