We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to take ownership of a kitchen section and play an important role in maintaining the standards our guests expect.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll be responsible for running your section confidently during preparation and service, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen reflects our commitment to quality, consistency and hospitality.
You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping to develop seasonal dishes, mentor junior chefs and contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for your designated section during preparation and service. Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards.
- Ensure excellent presentation, quality and portion control.
- Help train and support Commis Chefs and junior members of the team.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise waste.
- Receive and check deliveries where required.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and specials.
- Work collaboratively to deliver smooth, efficient service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef ready to step up. This role will have a development pathway to Sous.
- Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality British cuisine.
- Experience working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- Calm under pressure with a positive attitude.
- High standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (or equivalent).

Pay: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
