East & Gray are a plumbing, heating & bathroom specialist that has been servicing the Harpenden & surrounding areas since 1953. We are looking for an experienced bathroom fitter with an attention to detail. We have a large database of repeat customers who we serve as well as a growing demand from new customers in & around Harpenden. We treat our employees fairly and with respect hence why some of our existing employess have been with us for 15+ years.
You will be required to 1st & 2nd fix mid-high end bathrooms, cloakrooms & wetrooms. When not bathroom fitting you will be required to undertake other general plumbing maintenance work including leak fixing, tap & shower repairs & replacements, WC repairs & replacements,
Previous experience must include working with more technical bathroom items including concealed showers, wc frames/concealed cisterns & wetroom trays & tanking systems. If you have experience with working with brands such as Geberit, Impey, Merlyn, Crosswater, Bristan this would also be an added benefit as these are typically the sorts of brands we fit.
We serve the plumbing needs of a lot of affluent clients in the area and request all our employees show the highest level of courtesy and respect our clients homes by ensuring it is left immaculate after a job is complete. In larger jobs that are undertaken a project manager will oversee the job to ensure any major mistakes are not made and the quality of work is up to the standard we expect.
Should you be competent in other skills such as tiling, carpentry, plastering or electrical this would also be an added benefit and should make your employment with us more interesting as we would utilise these skills.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
