About the Role
London is one of the worlds busiest travel and international business hubs and at Kebeco Travel and International Services we help customers organise reliable travel arrangements and manage the practical details that support smooth journeys.
We are looking for a Travel Coordinator who can organise bookings prepare itineraries support customer requests and coordinate travel arrangements across domestic and international destinations.
You will work closely with customers travel suppliers and internal teams to make sure bookings are accurate schedules are clearly communicated and travel issues are handled promptly.

Key Responsibilities
Travel Booking: Arrange flights accommodation ground transport and other travel services according to customer requirements.
Itinerary Preparation: Prepare clear travel itineraries including booking references schedules accommodation details and important travel information.
Customer Support: Respond to travel enquiries provide booking updates and assist customers with routine changes or questions.
Reservation Management: Maintain accurate booking records and confirm that travel arrangements are correctly entered into relevant systems.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with airlines hotels transport providers and other suppliers regarding availability amendments and booking details.
Travel Changes: Assist with cancellations rebooking schedule changes and other travel disruptions and keep customers informed.
Documentation: Check that booking confirmations travel information and supporting documents are complete and correctly recorded.
Cost Monitoring: Review travel options and help identify practical choices that balance customer requirements with available budgets.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in travel coordination reservations tourism customer service or a closely related role.
Travel Knowledge: Good understanding of booking processes itineraries accommodation transportation and general international travel requirements.
Organisation: Strong planning skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings schedules and customer requests at the same time.
Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills with confidence dealing with customers suppliers and internal teams.
Customer Service: Professional helpful and calm when responding to booking changes travel disruptions or customer concerns.
Attention to Detail: Able to check names dates booking references and itinerary information carefully before confirming arrangements.
Tools: Experience with travel booking systems reservation platforms CRM software or similar tools is preferred.
Mindset: You are organised responsive and customer focused. You take ownership of travel arrangements communicate clearly and stay calm when plans change while helping customers receive a reliable and well coordinated travel experience.
Pay: £2,600.00-£3,000.00 per month
