Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all designated Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries and kitchen essentials.
- Inspect each property for damages or maintenance issues and report any concerns promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored securely.
- Follow established cleaning checklists and safety protocols to guarantee consistency and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with property managers or hosts regarding cleaning schedules and special requests.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail in every task performed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure thorough cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and property owners effectively.
