Join Our Specialist Building Distribution Team
We are looking for an organised, customer-focused Fenestration Co-ordinator to join our Specialist Building Distribution division based in Accrington.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration, coordination, and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in supporting the efficient delivery of fenestration projects, ensuring customer requirements are met and orders are processed accurately from quotation through to completion.
What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating fenestration orders and projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.

Producing quotations and processing orders accurately and efficiently.

Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates to customers.

Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.

Resolving customer queries and providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

Supporting the wider sales and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a coordination, administration, customer service, or sales support role.

Experience within the construction, building products, fenestration, or distribution sectors would be advantageous.

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
