Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Property Manager to oversee the Property management and maintenance of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all property-related activities, maintaining high standards of service and supporting the Team leader in coaching other team members. Based in the historical City of Bath, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong organisational and communication skills to contribute to the efficient management of our properties.
Duties
- Oversee the management and maintenance of multiple properties, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors and service providers.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure high standards of work.
- Develop and implement project management plans for property upgrades or refurbishments, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Ensure compliance with Gas, Electric, EPC, HMO and all related Property Safety critical checks.
- Manage tenant, landlord and contractor relations
- Attend and prepare property inspection reports on properties
Qualifications
- Proven experience within property management or a Lettings role.
- Knowledge of Residential Lettings Compliance regulations
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and planning.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
