Based in our warm, friendly residential home Tristford House we support people with physical and learning disabilities. Every day is unique, every smile is genuine, and every moment matters.
Job Description
- Personal Care – Assist with washing, dressing, grooming, toileting (including catheter or continence care), always maintaining dignity and respect.
- Mobility Support – Support with wheelchairs, transfers, positioning, safe use of hoists, re-positioning and encourage residents to be as independent as they can.
- Meal & Nutrition – Prepare meals, support eating, encourage fluid intake.
- Health & Wellness – Monitor vitals, administer or support medication under guidance.
- Social Spark – Chat, join activities, outings, make each day fun and provide meaningful companionship.
- Care Collaborator – Keep care plans up to date, communicate with the team and families.

Requirements: Caring personality, reliable, driving licence desirable
Training & Checks: NVQ 3&5, DBS, Medication Administration, First Aid, Manual Handling training, full induction.
