We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at BH House, the Head Office of Britannia Hotels. . The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, together with excellent communication skills.

Your duties will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of approximately 20–30 HR cases, including workplace investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances and employee welfare matters.
- Providing advice and guidance to Line Managers on HR policies, employment law and HR best practice.
- Preparing and issuing formal HR documentation in line with company procedures.
- Chairing formal hearings where required, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Supporting HR projects and initiatives across the business.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience handling a wide range of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary hearings and grievances.
- A sound understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with managers and colleagues at all levels.
