We're now looking for a New Client Consultant to join our growing New Client Team in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident, target-driven, and passionate about delivering a great customer experience while building a long-term career within the property industry.
As a New Client Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients who are beginning their property selling journey with MOV8.
Working in a fast-paced and supportive environment, you'll engage with inbound enquiries and warm leads, helping clients understand the sales process and guiding them towards the next steps with confidence and professionalism.
You'll play an important role in converting enquiries into valuation appointments while delivering a positive and professional experience from the very first conversation.
Handling a high volume of inbound enquiries and warm leads
Building strong rapport with prospective clients
Understanding client needs and identifying suitable solutions
Explaining the property selling process clearly and confidently
Converting leads into valuation appointments
Promoting additional services, including mortgage and valuation support
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Working towards individual and team performance targets
Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage
We're looking for someone who is motivated, professional, and enjoys working in a target-driven environment.
You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and achieving results while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
Experience within a fast-paced sales or customer service environment
A proven ability to work towards targets and performance goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong listening and relationship-building skills
Good attention to detail and organisational ability
Confidence using IT systems and software
A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
Property market or estate agency knowledge
Telephone sales or call centre experience
Experience generating or converting sales leads

£23,500 - £28,500 salary depending on experience

35-hour working week
Rotational shifts Monday to Friday:
8:00am - 4:00pm
9:00am - 5:00pm
10:00am - 6:00pm
