Store Manager – Fashion & Lifestyle | New Store Opening
Westfield London (White City)
Lilac Street Limited is a recruitment agency supporting an established British fashion and lifestyle brand with the opening of an exciting new store at Westfield London this autumn.
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the new store from launch, building a high-performing team and creating an exceptional customer experience from day one.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the store. You’ll lead from the front, creating an engaging and inclusive environment for both customers and colleagues.
The role will include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing store team
- Driving sales, profitability and performance against KPIs
- Delivering an exceptional and engaging customer experience
- Taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding and succession planning
- Using commercial insight to maximise sales opportunities, product placement and store performance
- Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and brand standards
- Managing stock, replenishment and multichannel services
- Planning effectively around trading periods, promotions and local opportunities
- Ensuring the store operates efficiently and in line with all health & safety and operational standards
- Building a positive, collaborative culture where people can perform at their best
About you
You’ll already have strong retail management experience, ideally gained within fashion, lifestyle or a similarly customer-focused retail environment.
You’ll be commercially astute, confident managing store performance and KPIs, and genuinely passionate about leading and developing people. You’ll combine a hands-on approach with the ability to see the bigger commercial picture and will be excited by the opportunity to play a key role in a brand-new Westfield store opening.
