We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our hotel, bar and restaurant team.
This is a varied, hands-on role, with the main responsibility being pot washing and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen. However, you will also be expected to help wherever needed, including waiting on, cleaning, assisting behind the bar and carrying out general duties around the hotel.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, dependable and willing to get involved across different areas of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, develop their skills and become a valued member of the team.
Working Hours
- Hours may vary occasionally, but adequate notice will always be given
Key Responsibilities
- Washing pots, pans, plates, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping the kitchen and wash-up area clean and organised
- Supporting the kitchen team where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Help the waiting-on team when required
- Help with general duties and tasks around the hotel as required
- Take responsibility for your work and respond positively to tasks as they arise
About You
- Passionate about work and keen to learn
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
- Very reliable and committed — does not let the team down
- Takes the role seriously and works well as part of a team
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
- Able to work independently when required
- Flexible and willing to carry out a variety of duties.

- Smoking breaks are not permitted during working hours
