This role will be an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play an important part in the setting up and running of the new 24-hour Complex Support Services Initial Pilot, and if successful will become a commissioned service.
Job Summary:

· To provide flexible support to clients with enduring mental health needs over a shift rota of 7 days a week which will include evenings.
· To support client, move on and manage their progress along their individual recovery path within a 24 month period

The Bank Flexible Support Worker will be responsible for providing support to clients with enduring mental ill health, to live valued lives within the community. This will include the provision of personal, emotional, and social care. To work closely with clients and relatives/carers, protecting their dignity, choice, self-esteem, and well-being at all times
