Triumph Consultants are looking for a
Freedom of Information Officer to clear the
backlog on SAR and/or FOI requests . Contract is for
2 to 3 months in Walsall, WS1 1TP.
Freedom of Information Officer
Pay Rate: £21.98 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
Contract length: approx. 2 to 3 months
Location: Walsall, WS1 1TP
Hybrid working, Ideally 2 days per week on site.
Key requirements:
- Essential experience of data protection in relation to subject access and freedom of information
- Ability to apply appropriate levels of exemptions or redactions
- Experience in managing and responding to FOI requests
- Experience with Nitro Pro or Co Pilot also beneficial.
- Previous public sector experience is desirable
Key responsibilities
- Asist with clearing the backlog on SAR and or FOI requests
- Reviewing, redacting and preparing records for quality check prior to disclosure
- Assist in clearing the demand on FOI responses.
