We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner who values quality, enjoys varied bespoke work and wants to be part of a small, supportive team where your skills really matter
The Role
You'll be hands-on in the workshop, manufacturing bespoke joinery items from drawings and cutting sheets to precise specifications. The work is varied and often complex, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and fine detail. All candidates MUST have previous joinery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture bespoke joinery from detailed cutting sheets and drawings with accuracy and care
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Carry out quality checks to ensure exceptional standards throughout production.
- Work to agreed timelines without compromising craftmanship
- Contribute to the teams continuous improvement and shared pride in the finished product.
About you
- Proven experience as a Bench Joiner in a bespoke or high-end joinery environment is essential
- Excellent understanding of technical drawings and cutting sheets
- Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in your work
