Duties
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on veterinary laboratory and medical equipment across various locations remotely.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Assist clients via phone or online communication channels, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support in clear, professional English.
- Document all service activities thoroughly, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and calibration records.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule service visits or remote support sessions efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest veterinary equipment technology and industry best practices.
- Support onboarding of new clients by providing training on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous laboratory experience or hands-on experience with veterinary or medical laboratory equipment is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in English communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally when required for onsite service visits.
- Solid IT skills, including familiarity with diagnostic tools, software troubleshooting, and remote support platforms.
- Knowledge of biochemistry or related scientific fields is a plus for understanding complex equipment functions.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to clients with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple service requests efficiently.
