An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced chef to join our award-winning team, supporting our Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining, using some of the finest local ingredients, in the heart of Tavistock, Devon.
You’ll need to have proven experience at Sous Chef level, creating exceptional customer experiences and meeting GP targets, whilst also ensuring the highest levels of kitchen organisation, management and compliance. You will also need to be able to demonstrate a track-record for creating positive working relationships between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Along with the Head Chef, you will also take an active role in training and developing the other members of the kitchen team.
