Join us for a full training mentorship dental therapy position in our fully private high end dental clinic

At Auckland Cosmetic Dental Clinic - scope of practice is fully embraced and excites us. No hygiene in diary as we have our own hygienist!
You will start on a fixed day rate treating stable patients and guided referrals by Dr Zain Remy (principal dentist).
With hands on training you will start developing general dentistry but done in a guided way to develop your confidence. Our work rarely fails and we offer 2 year warranty on our work. You will be taught the protocols that will add this to your skills.
This is a rare opportunity and Zain believes that dental therapists can thrive if given the right opportunity.
So if you are tired of being utilised as a hygienist or being the miracle worker somehow placing 5 fillings in a patient in 10 mins that a dentist would need 40mins on this is your step into a guided role.
We are amalgam free and guided hands on (models provided) treatments with expectations for a 2 year post qualified dental therapist:
1. Dental health checks on adults and children
2. Treatment planning & DSLR Camera Training
3. Rubber dam and optragate isolation
4. Matrix system and selection
5. Buccal composites
6. Class 1 composites
7. Class 2 composites
8. Quadrant dentistry
9. Anterior layering techniques
As you develop the daily fixed rate then moves to a split with a patient base for added income.
We are looking for someone that will start one day with us ideally Wednesday 9am-7.30pm with a view to take on one other day. A long term dental therapist with a positive and ambitious vision in their own abilities. As long as you are willing to embrace your failures and learn that’s the right mentality for us!
