Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in presentation and flavour.
- Ensuring smooth workflow during service hours.
- Manage food production processes, including ingredient sourcing, portion control, and waste minimisation.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials to enhance the brunch offering.
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operation.
- Uphold the restaurant’s reputation by consistently delivering excellent culinary experiences.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Extensive background in food production, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary hygiene.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
- Experience in menu development, food presentation, and customer service within a restaurant environment.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards related to serving guests and maintaining high service quality.
- Previous experience working specifically with brunch menus is highly desirable but not essential.
This role is ideal for a motivated culinary professional eager to lead a talented team while delivering memorable brunch experiences in a vibrant setting.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
