Were looking for a driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to deliver profitable growth across 7 depots.
Youll:

Grow existing customer accounts

Support branch teams to hit sales & margin targets

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Youll also manage your own customer ledger and play a key role in driving revenue, protecting margin, and increasing market share.

Work closely with Branch & Area Managers

Conduct joint supplier/customer visits

Maintain strong product and market knowledge

Maintain structured call plans

Manage and update sales pipeline

Track key performance metrics

Ensure customers stay within credit terms

Work with Credit Control on accounts

Resolve queries to minimise risk

Proven track record in sales growth

Field-based sales or account management experience

Strong commercial awareness (pricing & margin)

Experience winning new business

Industry knowledge (plumbing/heating preferred)
