The work we carry out at Tower Garage is varied, ranging from small mechanical repairs, vehicle servicing, tyres & exhausts to MOTs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles in the workshop
- Carry out routine servicing, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
- Inspect and address engine management systems, braking systems, electrical systems, and more
- Identify and report signs of wear and tear during scheduled inspections
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean work area environment
- Communicate concerns to the workshop Manager
- Assist with general workshop and maintenance and repairs as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £17.00-£22.00 per hour
Experience:
- motor vehicle repair: 4 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- driving license (preferred)
