Key Responsibilities
- Supporting our administration team with the onboarding of new starters, from offer through to onboarding completion
- Overseeing invoicing and payroll processes
- Coordinating staff supervisions and appraisals

- Leading on disciplinary and capability management processes, ensuring fair and legally compliant handling throughout
- Supporting Directors and the Registered Care Manager with the implementation of HR decisions and policy
- Keeping the business up to date and compliant with current UK employment law
- Acting as a point of contact for staff on HR-related matters
What We're Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (essential)
- A strong, current working knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience managing HR for a team of a similar size (20 to 40 employees), ideally within care, health, or a similarly regulated sector
- Confidence handling sensitive matters such as disciplinaries and capability processes independently
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload across a flexible, two-day working pattern
- A proactive, discreet, and approachable manner - you'll be trusted with people's livelihoods, so this matters to us
What We Offer
- Flexible working hours within business hours, over two days a week
- Pro-rata annual leave entitlement
- Predominantly remote working, with a supportive, close-knit management team
