Monmouth MOT Centre is an award-winning garage and the largest independent garage in the area, with an outstanding reputation for excellent customer service and a dynamic, professional team working within a dealer level environment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service Team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Taking service and MOT bookings both in person and over the phone.
- Welcoming customers on arrival and confirming their requirements.
- Keeping customers informed of work progress and providing timely updates.
- Contacting customers promptly when their vehicle is ready for collection.
- Explaining completed work and any advisory items, processing payments, and answering customer queries.
- Arranging follow-up bookings for any additional work required.
Skills & Experience
- Basic automotive knowledge is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a busy reception, handling multiple phone calls and face-to-face enquiries.
- Proactive and forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate customer and workshop needs.
- Adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- Confident, professional, and personable, with strong organisational skills.
- Competent in using computer systems and handling administrative tasks. knowledge of Garage Hive Software an advantage.

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,500.00 per year
