Main purpose/function of the job
Through a consultative sales approach to introduce, promote, and sell our range of commercial playground components and repair kits to a wide range of new B-to-B customers within a defined sales area. Customers include local authorities, schools, playground manufacturers, facility managers, and leisure attractions.
Main duties
- Field incoming sales calls and proactively make outgoing sales calls to generate new business leads.
- Building leads from creating opportunities and converting into orders.
- Raising quotations and preparing quote presentations.
- Following up quotations, recalling, updating CRM with all communications including changes in account details.
- Processing email and telephone orders / enquiries.
- Serving customer enquiries on Zendesk live chat (Website facility).
- Ability to handle customer queries and complaints.
- Taking payments for non-account customers.

Education/training/work experience
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s including English and Math’s at level 5 or equivalent would be an advantage.
- 3 Years B to B Sales experience

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the office location you will require your own transport. We are located 11 miles from Wisbech, 7 miles from March, and 12 Miles from Ely in the rural village of Christchurch. This is not served by any public transport.
