We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to pick up shift work in Swindon.

Job role:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect.
- Supporting residents with daily living activities.
- Assisting with meals and nutritional support.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Encouraging independence wherever possible.
- Maintaining accurate care records.
- Reporting any concerns, accidents or incidents.
- Working closely with senior staff and the wider care team.
- Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and health & safety policies.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a care home or community care setting.
- A caring, patient and compassionate approach.
- Good communication and written English skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is desirable, or a willingness to work towards it.
