As our Senior People Operations Coordinator – UK ,you’ll be part of the People team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into People Operations Lead – UK&EU. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Senior People Operations Coordinator,UK leads the delivery of accurate,timely and compliant people operations services across the UK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring people processes are executed effectively,employee data is maintained to a high standard and managers and colleagues receive reliable,professional operational support.
Working closely with the People Operations Lead – UK & EU,People Partners and HRIS,the role acts as the senior day‑to‑day operational specialist for the UK. It supports strong service delivery,operational discipline and a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Senior People Operations Coordinator – UK ,you will be responsible for:

Leading day-to-day UK People Operations delivery,ensuring employee lifecycle processes are completed accurately,efficiently and in line with service standards.
- Maintaining high-quality employee data and documentation,ensuring system accuracy,governance compliance and audit readiness through regular data quality reviews.
- Providing operational support and guidance to managers and employees,resolving complex queries and escalating sensitive issues where appropriate.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation,data protection requirements and internal controls,proactively identifying and managing operational risks.
- Supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives,partnering with People Operations,HRIS,Payroll and People Partners to enhance processes,systems and service delivery.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
Put simply,the key things we’re looking for are:

Strong People Operations experience,with a proven track record of delivering HR administration and employee lifecycle processes in a UK environment.
- Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and its practical application within People Operations processes and policies.
- High attention to detail and process discipline,ensuring accuracy,compliance and continuous improvement in people data and documentation.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced,service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication,collaboration and confidentiality skills,building trusted relationships while handling sensitive employee information with integrity.
