We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Surf Department Supervisor
If you're passionate about surfing, enjoy working in retail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
You must be a friendly, enthusiastic person who works well with others. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably retail, a creative flair, and great attention to detail. An interest in lifestyle sports is essential.
As a Surf Shop Supervisor, you'll support the day-to-day running of the store, inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, and help create an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
About You
- Previous retail supervisory or team leader experience.
- Passion for surfing, watersports, or outdoor lifestyle products.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and during busy seasonal periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience in surf retail or outdoor apparel.
- Knowledge of surfboards, wetsuits, accessories, and leading surf brands.
- Staff discounts on surfboards, wetsuits, clothing, and accessories.
- A supportive, fun, and passionate team environment.

- Permanent, full time, year-round role
