We are a busy cafe, coffee shop & bakery specialising in breakfast and brunch dishes, fresh pastry and sourdough. Our in house bakery is responsible for providing all types of sourdough bread and a variety of pastry & cakes to the cafe.
Shift patterns would vary, with starts no earlier than 6am, and finishes no later than 4pm. The shifts would be spread over four or five days in the week (to be determined for the right candidate) but weekend availability is a must. Experience in sourdough baking and viennoiserieis is essential.
Our bakery offering is ever changing and our current team have complete autonomy into the menu. Variation in cake, bread and pastry recipes is welcomed & expected!
