About the Role
We are a lifestyle brand with a flagship store in Central London, and we are looking for reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team.
You will play an important role in delivering a welcoming and engaging customer experience, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail, takes pride in their work, and would like to grow within a supportive and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service
- Support sales targets and store objectives
- Maintain excellent store presentation and product standards
- Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and safe
- Assist with stock handling, replenishment, and organisation
- Work closely with the team to support smooth daily store operations
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately where required
- Support opening and closing tasks as part of the team
About You
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Honest, dependable, and respectful in the workplace
- Friendly, approachable, and confident when engaging with customers
- Willing to take initiative and support the team during busy periods
- Able to work weekends and flexible retail hours where required
