CHFM, a new and upcoming business operating in and around the Glasgow area, is seeking a talented joiner to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including pipes, radiators, taps, toilets, and drainage systems.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Install and upgrade plumbing fixtures and systems, water heaters, and pumps.
- Perform preventative maintenance checks to ensure systems run efficiently and comply with safety standards.
- Collaborate with other trades and maintenance teams to complete larger projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing.
- Proven experience in a maintenance or plumbing role, ideally in a commercial or residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid Gas Safe registration (desirable but not essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
