Skills Required:
- Empathy and compassion
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work effectively on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Must be able to accommodate flexible working hours
- Previous experience of working in a care setting preferred but not essential
- Ideally have experience in cooking and meal preparation.
- NVQ Level 3 preferred. Training offered
