The Role
As a Barista you’ll be at the heart of everything we do. From making beautiful coffees and serving customers with a smile and keeping the café running smoothly. It’s a hands-on role with lots of variety, and you’ll be part of a supportive team that values creativity, hard work, and having fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-quality coffees and drinks with consistency and care
- Provide warm, consistent, friendly customer service - always with a smile
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and welcoming for every guest
- Assist with stock rotation, restocking, and minimising waste
- Be part of the team hosting evening events
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and upbeat
- Team player who’s flexible and happy to get stuck in wherever needed
- Interest in food, coffee, and being part of a vibrant community café
