About Us
All Hallows Kabin CIC has been providing high-quality wraparound care for children and families within our local community for 20+ years. As we begin an exciting new chapter, we're looking for an enthusiastic, caring and organised Wraparound Care Manager to lead our well-established before and after-school provision. This role is year round and includes managing our holiday club.
This role is ideal for an experienced Deputy Manager, Room Leader or Wraparound Supervisor who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

The Role
As our Wraparound Care Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of our wraparound and holiday club provision, ensuring every child enjoys a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where they can relax, play and thrive before and after the school day.
Working closely with the Director, you'll have the opportunity to lead the team, contribute new ideas and help develop an outstanding well established provision that children and families already love.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operation of the wraparound care provision.
- Create a warm, welcoming, inclusive and child-centred environment.
- Plan and deliver a varied programme of engaging activities suitable for different ages and interests.
- Promote children's wellbeing, confidence, independence and positive relationships.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and child protection procedures are followed at all times.
- Lead, motivate and support staff, volunteers and apprentices where appropriate.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff.
- Maintain registers, accident records and other required documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Manage resources and equipment effectively.
- Contribute ideas to continually improve and develop the provision.
- Promote the wraparound provision within the school and wider community.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision sessions and training as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and passionate about providing outstanding childcare.
You'll have:
Essential
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or Playwork.
- Experience working with children in a childcare, education or play setting.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- The ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS clearance on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- Experience managing a wraparound care or out-of-school provision.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (training can be provided if required).
- Food Hygiene qualification.
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
